- PEA : 100 mg

- Magnesium : 188 mg

- Vitamin B6 : 1,4 mg

Directions for use : Add 11 g (2 level measuring spoons) to 100 mL of water and stir until completely dissolved. Use a shaker for better dissolution. Use once a day, preferably in the morning.

Duration of use : 20 days
